Presgrave Street Hawker Centre

The Presgrave Street Hawker Centre is a hawker center that has gone relatively unnoticed among tourists outside Penang or even the George Town area. This is in large part because of the shortage of English-speaking vendors and staff and the center’s secluded location in a back alley along George Town’s Lebuh Presgrave (Presgrave Street).

For the (mainly) locals who eat here, this hawker center is famous for its Penang Hokkien  mee (served courtesy of a stall owned and operated by nearby restaurant 888 Hokkien Mee), which is a fried prawn noodle dish popular in the region. In addition, its ice kacang and chendol desserts are also very popular among visitors to the center!
