Singapore’s largest and most famous night market is without a doubt the Chinatown Night Market.

The Chinatown Night Market – or Pasar Malam Chinatown – is a large night market located along Pagoda, Trengganu, Sago, and Smith Streets in Singapore’s Chinatown. This one closes at 11 pm, so it closes a lot earlier than other Asian night markets. However, it makes up for those hours during the day since it is also a daytime market!

The Chinatown Night Market is the perfect place to do a little shopping for a few odds and ends. Or, as many do during the Chinese New Year season, go shopping there for traditional Chinese gifts, handicrafts and decorations!

The Chinatown Night Market opens everyday at 11 am and closes at 11 pm.
