One of Taipei’s relatively hidden night market gems is the Linjiang Street Night Market, or Tonghua Night Market as it’s widely called by the locals.
A huge portion of this night market is dedicated to food. The market is famous mainly for its teppanyaki and stinky tofu stalls, although may other delicacies can be found here, such as Taiwanese fried sausages, fried buns, and some very unique ice cream dishes, which can help you cool down after browsing the stalls all evening!
The Tonghua Night Market is open from 6 pm-2 am Monday through Saturday and from 6 pm-midnight on Sunday nights.
